iPrototype for a fictional business. Brightwater Dental Care, its people, prices, reviews and contact details are invented placeholders; forms in the demo are simulated and send nothing. Phone numbers use Ofcom's reserved drama range.
Industry context
Dental websites often bury the two things patients look for — whether the practice takes new patients and how to book — under stock photos and jargon. Nervous patients leave before they ever call.
Brightwater explores a reassurance-first layout: new-patient availability in the hero, treatments explained in plain English, the clinical team with their roles, and an appointment request that asks only for what is needed to call back.
Health and care customers are cautious: they want to know who will treat them, what it involves and how to get an appointment. These concepts lead with reassurance — qualified people, clear services, registrations and an easy first step.
Features demonstrated
Availability and first-visit information sit above the fold, where anxious visitors look first.
Check-ups, hygiene, whitening and emergencies explained in a sentence each.
Named clinicians with roles — on a real site, with their genuine registration numbers.
A short, privacy-aware form that never asks for medical details (simulated in the demo).
